I’ve lost 50 lbs and found it again at least three times in my life. This time I hit the 75 lbs loss mark and I’ve promised myself I’m here to stay. The diets I’ve tried worked at first, but just didn’t stick and that’s why I made the journey back to being “The Plump Boy”. So why didn’t it stick and what makes this time any different? I’ve learned from experience that you can’t eliminate any one food. Sure if you give up Carbs you will lose weight. If you give up Fat you will lose weight. If you eat packaged or drink canned meals only, you will lose weight. Let’s face it, that isn’t the way to live your life! It certainly wasn’t for me. So for me those diets were predetermined to fail. The truth is I love to eat. Who doesn’t? I love cake. I love burgers. I love fries and onion rings and most of all I love Bacon Bacon Bacon! So what’s a guy to do? The guy try’s what his mom had been telling him to do for years (sorry mom). He try’s Weight Watchers Online. The Points system is easy.
